Nearly ten years after the case was filed, Jones Day clients Abbott Laboratories and TAP Pharmaceutical Products Inc. each obtained dismissals with prejudice in an action filed by the Kentucky Attorney General, asserting various claims based on the Average Wholesale Price (AWP) of the client's products.
