Riverside acquires Baker Hill from Experian Information Solutions

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing of Baker Hill, a provider of loan origination and portfolio management software and services to the financial industry, from Experian Information Solutions, Inc., an information services provider of data and analytical tools. The financing consisted of a First and Second Lien Credit Facility, which included a senior revolver, and a term facility with letter of credit sublimits.

In addition to private equity and M&A representation, Jones Day provided employee benefits advice regarding this transaction.
