MF Global Litigation Trust pursues claims against Jon Corzine and other former officers

Client(s) MF Global Litigation Trust

As part of MF Global Holdings' confirmed plan of reorganization, Jones Day is representing the Litigation Trustee as plaintiff pursuing claims on behalf of creditors brought against Jon Corzine and other former officers for damages resulting from MF Global's demise. The Litigation Trust was established out of the chapter 11 case of MF Global Holdings and five of its subsidiaries that filed in the Southern District of New York. The pursued claims are part of an MDL pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York before the Hon. Judge Victor Marrero with discovery scheduled to close in 2015.
