Riverside acquires Marena Group

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing of The Marena Group, LLC, a manufacturer of medical grade and fully-customizable compression garments, primarily used in post-surgical applications. The financing consisted of a senior term loan facility, revolving line of credit, and the issuance of unsecured subordinated notes.
