David Blitzer and Josh Harris make significant investment in Crystal Palace Football Club

Jones Day acted as UK counsel to David Blitzer and Josh Harris in connection with their significant investment in Crystal Palace Football Club. Following the investment, Blitzer and Harris have control of the football club alongside current Chairman Steve Parish, with the previous joint-owners Stephen Browett, Jeremy Hosking, and Martin Long retaining a shareholding. As part of the transaction, the investors have committed to invest a further £50 million (US$74.7 million) investment in order to finance the development of the stadium.
