Jones Day represented The Cleveland Clinic Foundation in connection with the purchase of a suburban Cleveland, Ohio, medical office building as part of, and as contemplated by, a Master Agreement with the City of Lakewood, Ohio, concerning the cessation of operations of Lakewood Hospital and the future construction by The Cleveland Clinic of a $30+ million Family Health Center in Lakewood, Ohio.
