POST Luxembourg successfully appeals Competition authority's fine for abuse of dominance

Jones Day represented POST Luxembourg, the incumbent postal and telecom operator in Luxembourg, in its appeal before the Luxembourg Administrative Court against a decision of the Luxembourg Competition authority fining POST for alleged abuse of dominance through the application of illegal rebates. In December 2016, POST Luxembourg successfully obtained the full annulment of the Competition authority's decision.
