Shiloh Industries negotiates successor collective bargaining agreement with iron workers' union

Client(s) Shiloh Industries, Inc.

Jones Day represented Shiloh Industries, Inc. in connection with successful collective bargaining negotiations with the International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental and Reinforcing Iron Workers, Local 508. The new collective bargaining agreement, which became effective April 1, 2016, covers hundreds of production and maintenance employees at Shiloh's Warren and Roseville Michigan facilities and expires in June 2019.
