Jones Day advised TorQuest Partners, Inc. regarding the acquisition of a majority control of Polycor, Inc., as part of its merger with Swenson Granite and Rock of Ages, creating the largest dimensional stone company in North America, and the acquisition of Swenson Granite Company, LLC, a quarrier and cutter of granite. The series of transactions closed simultaneously on September 15, 2016.
