Jones Day advised Galiena Capital on the setting up of a private equity fund dedicated to the financing of the acquisition of six famous restaurants ("Le Procope", "La Lorraine", "Le Grand Café Capucines", "Au Pied de Cochon", "Flora Danica" and "Copenhague Champs-Élysées") in Paris from the "Groupe Frères Blanc".
