Jones Day advised Orolia S.A., a world leader in reliable GPS-type signals, and its main historical shareholder Mr. Laurent Asscher, in connection with Orolia's leveraged buyout with Eurazeo PME. The buyout required a simplified takeover bid and a buyout offer followed by a squeeze out and delisting procedure.
