Jones Day advised The Norinchukin Bank, the national-level financial institution for agricultural, fishery, and forestry cooperatives in Japan, in reaching an agreement with Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group ("MUFG") on an initiative to enhance the business and capital alliance transaction including the consumer finance business.
