Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing of Parker Products, an industry-leading manufacturer of custom food and beverage ingredients. The acquisition financing consisted of a senior secured credit facility, including a revolving line of credit and term loan facility, as well as senior subordinated unsecured notes.
