Jones Day represented Irving Place Capital Management, L.P. in connection with the acquisition by portfolio company Alpha Packaging Inc., a leading blow molder of bottles and jars for rapidly growing consumer markets, of a plant in Etten-Leur, the Netherlands, from Graham Packaging Company, a global leader in plastic packaging solutions.
