Lennox International sells its Brazilian refrigeration business to Elgin S.A.

Client(s) Lennox International Inc.

Jones Day advised Lennox International Inc., a global manufacturer of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration products, in the auction and sale of its Brazilian refrigeration business (doing business as "Heatcraft do Brazil") to Elgin S.A., a Brazilian-based commercial products manufacturer. Consummation of the sale required approval from CADE, the Brazilian antitrust authority using the long form approval process for an industry not previously reviewed by CADE.
