Jones Day advised Owens Corning in its acquisition of Paroc Group, a leading producer of mineral wool insulation for building and technical applications in Europe, from CVC Capital Partners for an enterprise value of approximately €900 million ($1.04 billion). In connection with the acquisition, Jones Day also advised Owens Corning on its entry into two term loan agreements with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A for $900 million.
