Jones Day advised Cardinal Health, Inc. (NYSE: CAH) in the sale of a majority stake in its NaviHealth business to funds managed by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. NaviHealth is the largest manager of post-acute benefits for health plans and a leading value-based care partner to health systems and providers, serving approximately 800 hospitals and 11,000 post-acute care facilities.
