Jones Day advised Georgia-Pacific LLC ("GP") in the sale of its European nonwovens business to Glatfelter, a global manufacturer of specialty papers and engineered products, for $185 million. The transaction includes GP's nonwovens operations in Steinfurt, Germany, and sales offices located in France and Italy.
