Voluntis completes €30.1 million IPO on regulated market of Euronext in Paris

Jones Day advised Voluntis S.A., a French company specializing in therapeutic software, and Bryan, Garnier & Co and Oddo BHF SCA, joint lead managers and joint bookrunners, in connection with Voluntis' €30.1 million (US$34.9 million) initial public offering on the regulated market of Euronext in Paris.

This was the first successful IPO on this market in 2018.
