Client(s) Centuria Industrial REIT

Jones Day advised Centuria Industrial REIT (CIP) in the attempted A$755 million ($548.3 million) unsolicited indicative and non-binding proposal from Propertylink Group to acquire all of the units in Centuria Industrial REIT by way of an agreed off-market takeover offer. The Proposal, which was rejected by Centuria and subsequently abandoned, was subject to, among other things, Propertylink acquiring at least 50.1 percent of Centuria units.
