Jones Day advised SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., as left lead arranger, and SunTrust Bank, as administrative agent, in connection with a $1.1 billion senior revolving credit facility provided by a syndicate of lenders to Equifax Inc., a consumer credit reporting agency.
