NVIDIA acquires Mellanox Technologies for approximately $7 billion

Jones Day advised NVIDIA Corporation in its acquisition of Mellanox Technologies, Ltd., an Israel-based leading supplier of end-to-end InfiniBand and Ethernet interconnect solutions and services for servers and storage. Pursuant to the merger agreement, NVIDIA acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Mellanox for $125 per share in cash, representing a total enterprise value of approximately $7 billion.
