Jones Day advised ACI Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACIW), a leading global provider of real-time electronic payment and banking solutions, in the $750 million acquisition and related financing of the Speedpay bill payment business of The Western Union Company. The financing consisted of an amendment and restatement of its existing syndicated credit agreement, including the addition of a $500 million delayed draw term loan and extension of the facility maturity date.
