Kyocera obtains dismissal of patent infringement claims relating to telecommunications technology

Client(s) Kyocera International, Inc.

On behalf of Kyocera Corporation and Kyocera International, Inc., Jones Day obtained dismissal of a patent infringement action brought by Bell Northern Research ("BNR") in the Southern District of California. BNR accused Kyocera's smart phones of infringing six patents relating to different aspects of telecommunications technology.
