Lumber Liquidators wins dismissal of insurer coverage complaint in favor of prior pending lawsuit

Jones Day won motion to dismiss a complaint filed by St. Paul Fire & Marine Company against Jones Day client Lumber Liquidators, Inc. in The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. The motion was heard on November 16, and the court entered an Order and Opinion dismissing the complaint on that same day. Now, a parallel case that Lumber filed in Wisconsin state court three years ago, and that had been stayed, can proceed.
