Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the add-on acquisition and related financing of ADA Solutions by portfolio company SureWerx Inc., a leading provider of proprietary branded professional safety products, tools, and equipment used across general industrial, construction, energy, and automotive aftermarket settings. ADA designs, develops, and distributes detectable warning surface and way-finding solutions for the visually impaired that address federally-mandated guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Architectural Barriers Act.
