Jones Day represented Middlewood Locks LLP, a joint venture between DOOR, S.L.P.(in which DV4 is a co-investor), Stichting Depositary APG Strategic Real Estate Pool, and QD UK Holdings Limited Partnership, on the joint venture arrangements in connection with the forward purchase of over 800 homes for rent at Middlewood Locks, Greater Manchester, as part of a wider strategy amongst the joint venture partners to support the creation of large-scale residential-led developments in the top five cities in the UK by population.
