Jones Day advised Flint Hills Resources, LLC, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc., on the sale of its chemical manufacturing facility located in Port Arthur, Texas, to Motiva Enterprises LLC. The facility is used to produce ethylene, polymer grade propylene, and other related chemical products.
