Jones Day advised Hard Rock International on the acquisition of JACK Cincinnati Casino, located in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, together with VICI Properties, Inc., and Turfway Park, located in Florence, Kentucky, for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $745 million in cash.
