Qisda acquires 35% stake in Sysage Technology

Jones Day advised Qisda Corporation in its NT$1.815 billion acquisition of a 35% stake in Sysage Technology. Sysage is a Taiwan sales agent for more than 40 international ICT vendors including Cisco Systems, Citrix Systems, Dell, IBM, Oracle, Red Hat, VMware, and SAP, and the investment will allow various hardware/software products to be incorporated in Qisda-developed smart solutions.
