Jones Day advised Visy Singapore Investments Pte. Ltd., a holding company within the Visy Group, in connection with the THB 4,341 million (US$140 million) sale of an 80% stake in Visy Packaging (Thailand) Limited (Visy Thailand) to SCGP Rigid Plastics Company Limited, a subsidiary of The Siam Cement Public Company Limited. Visy Thailand is Asia's leading producer of thermoformed barrier food packaging.
