Navistar acquires 51 acre property in Huntsville, Alabama for new engine plant

Client(s) Navistar International Corporation

Jones Day is advising Navistar International Corporation in connection with the acquisition of an approximately 51 acre property in Huntsville, Alabama for its new engine plant. Total deal value in excess of $150 million. Jones Day also assisted Navistar in negotiating all economic incentive agreements for the transaction with the State, City of Huntsville and Huntsville-Madison County Airport Authority.
