Jones Day's Mexico City office assisted Happy Hearts Fund in corporate, labor, and tax matters, related to their efforts to reconstruct schools in Oaxaca Mexico, that were affected by the 2017 earthquakes.

Happy Hearts Fund is the Mexican arm of All Hands & Hearts foundation, co-founded by David Campbell and Petra Nemcova.
