Client(s) Baring International Investment Limited

Jones Day represented Baring International Investment Limited in connection with the sale of 10 UK urban industrial estates totaling 1.6 million square feet on behalf of an institutional client to Starwood Capital Group for £200 million. Barings will continue to provide asset management services to Starwood Capital in respect of the portfolio.
