Jones Day advised Eastern Property Holdings (EPH), which is listed on the Swiss stock exchange, in the acquisition of the shares of the owner of Nhow Hotel in Berlin-Friedrichshain, a Berlin design hotel with 304 rooms and a total area of 20,000 square meters.
