Hi-Level Enterprises secures urgent injunctive relief against former employees for misappropriation of database

Jones Day acted on behalf of Hi-Level Enterprises Ltd., an e-commerce vehicle part supplier, by obtaining urgent without notice injunctive relief in the form of "door-step" preservation and delivery up orders against two former employees who had and misappropriated the intellectual property of, and set up a competing business to, the client. The far reaching orders enabled evidence of the unlawful appropriation to be secured and the client's data to be protected. Jones Day also successfully sought the awarding of costs on an indemnity basis.
