Jones Day is acting for Tri-Star Petroleum Company, an independent oil and gas explorer, in multiple court proceedings concerning joint ventures in Queensland for the production of coal seam gas. Tri-Star seeks a return of part of coal seam gas assets sold to another venturer and other relief relating to access to infrastructure and calculation of royalties paid to Tri-Star.
