Tactis designs telecommunications universal service policy in Mali

Jones Day collaborated with Tactis SAS to design a national strategy for AGEFAU, the Malian agency responsible for promoting universal access to telecommunications and information and communication technology services in Mali. Our work included the analysis of legal and regulatory framework, the recommendation of amendments to existing laws destined to facilitate the roll out of telecommunications networks, and the implementation of universal service projects. We also participated in two presentation workshops for the strategy in Bamako.
