Prisoner obtains settlement in civil rights case against Pennsylvania Department of Corrections officers

Client(s) Thomas, Robert

Jones Day successfully represented plaintiff Robert Thomas against Pennsylvania Department of Corrections officers in an action alleging civil rights violations relating to an incident that took place at the State Correctional Institution in Greene County, Pennsylvania. Jones Day also obtained a court order granting Mr. Thomas interest on the settlement funds when they were more than three months past due.
