Jones Day is representing a telecommunications company in several parallel ICC and LAMC arbitration proceedings relating to shareholder disputes connected with the ownership of an affiliated company in the Middle East, as well as ICSID arbitration related to the expropriation of an investment. Parallel to on-going arbitration proceedings, the Firm is advising the client on proceedings for recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards.
