Hardwood manufacturer obtains dismissal with prejudice in Southern District of California

Jones Day successfully defended a manufacturer of hardwood flooring in a putative class action in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, involving claims that client's flooring products are defective and that its advertising violates California's consumer protection laws.
