Jones Day represented a national bank, as administrative agent, in connection with a $150 million term loan secured by a newly constructed multi-media studio and office project located in the Hollywood Park Development in Inglewood, California. The mixed-use building and parking facilities are adjacent and integrated with the recently-opened SoFi Stadium complex and will serve as the west coast media and business headquarters of the National Football League.
