Client(s) Motherson Innovations Company

On behalf of an automotive supplier Motherson Innovations Company, Jones Day successfully invalidated 13 claims in a competitor's patent related to exterior automotive mirrors. The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Patent Trial and Appeal Board ("PTAB") determined that these patent claims were obvious in view of the prior art.
