Jones Day advised Flower Foods, Inc. in the acquisition of Koffee Kup Bakery, Inc. The acquisition includes three closed bakeries located in Burlington and Brattleboro, Vermont and North Grosvenor Dale, Connecticut, and the Koffee Kup Bakery and Vermont Bread Company brands.
