Jones Day advised Sofinnova Partners, as lead investor, with participation from Sparta Capital, in the €15 million Series A financing round of GFBiochemicals to accelerate GFBiochemicals' mission to end chemical pollution by helping fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and industrial companies transition away from using toxic, environmentally harmful petrochemicals in everyday products.
