Creditis Servizi Finanziari structures STS securitization of consumer credits

Jones Day advised, as reviewing counsel, Creditis Servizi Finanziari S.p.A. (as originator) in the new simple, transparent, and standardized (STS) securitization of receivables arising from consumer loans (CO) disbursed by Creditis Servizi Finanziari S.p.A., an Italian financial intermediary controlled by Chenavari. The transaction has been implemented through the issuance of asset-backed notes by the Italian securitization vehicle Brignole CO 2021 S.r.l., pursuant to the Italian Securitization Law 130 of 1999. All notes, other than the Class R Notes, have been placed on the primary market to qualified investors with the assistance of Citigroup Global Markets Limited and Deutsche Bank AG, as joint lead managers.
