Jones Day advised a financial services company regarding suspected breaches of non-solicitation and confidentiality obligations against a group of employees who resigned to work for competitors in Australia. Jones Day also assisted with issuing cease and desist letters to the employee group and the collection and forensic review of electronic devices and other evidence in the employees' possession.
