Jones Day advised Royal Bank of Canada, as administrative agent, in connection with a $127.120 million construction loan secured by a life-science bio-manufacturing campus in Devens, Massachusetts. The financing was structured as one cross-collateralized facility, the proceeds of which were to be used to finance three separate ground-up construction projects.
