Manufacturing company conducts internal investigation into allegations of corruption at Latin America facility

Jones Day conducted an internal investigation for a publicly traded manufacturing company into allegations of corruption in one of its largest manufacturing facilities in Latin America. The work included reviewing ESI and conducting multiple on-site and remote interviews both in Portuguese and English during the peak of the the COVID-19 pandemic. Interviewees were executives and other employees of the company as well as third party vendors based in the U.S. and Brazil.
