Jones Day acted as legal counsel to Buysse & Partners in connection with the global refinancing of one of its portfolio companies, the Copus Group, a group of HR agencies operating under different brands (such as Vivaldis, Seal Jobs, Heads & Hunters, Primus, Bennet, Eniteq, and Smart Solutions) followed by the add-on and accession of a Belgian company and two German entities as obligors.
